Could your new home be in the Molonglo Valley?
One of the things you might notice about our projects is that we have a theme lately and that is the Molonglo Valley! While we have projects in many different locations and support the density of our town centres, our current focus is delivering homes in important infill areas such as Molonglo.
There are a few reasons why we are doing this but the top three are creating attainable homes for Canberra, the ability to deliver homes of size with room to move and the lifestyle benefits that come with living so close to Mount Stromlo, the Arboretum, horse riding and walking trails and boutique dining and coffee spots to be stumbled upon.
Attainable homes
We like to use the word attainability rather than affordability because an affordable home can mean many different things to many people when it comes to individual household budgets. Attainability is more about finding a home within your budget that suits the needs of the size of your family and what you like do in your recreation time. The Molonglo Valley can offer attainability of a larger home that might otherwise be out of the budget in surrounding established suburbs. The added benefit of brand new also can’t be overlooked!
Room to move
Buying in infill areas such as Molonglo generally means room to move. Just as someone may choose an apartment in the city for all the reasons that make the city a great place to live, choosing the Molonglo Valley is about larger living spaces, larger outdoor areas, spectacular views and an abundance of recreational activities. The homes we design in this region are created for those who place value in space, whether it is for entertaining an oversized family, space to garden and spend time outdoors and ample space to store bikes, scooters and the like!
Denman Prospect as a focus
Denman Prospect has become our focus recently due to the high-end nature of the suburb. The philosophy and amenity available within this new suburb, as well as the central location is a drawcard for those looking to capitalise on the essence of Canberra. The dual access between Woden or Belconnen offers perfect positioning and the new suburbs of Whitlam and Sulman will only increase the value of the region. We look forward to telling more of the Denman story through our work in this region at both Polo and Elody.
