Our future work is measured upon past success
We have played an important role in designing and delivering homes for Canberra for more than three decades. We are setting new standards for quality and that is evident in our past and current work. We are proud to be able to showcase our completed projects and take prospective buyers through our on-site display suites.
Coming up this August, we will have a completed townhouse at Polo in Denman Prospect which sets the standard for our finish and allows those seeking a new home to walk-through an example of how a Base home is delivered.
Base Director Greg Brown said, “we place a lot of value in being able to demonstrate to our future buyers what they can expect from our products and we do this through showcasing our completed products and allowing buyers to physically walk-through a finished home before they make a commitment.”
“This allows people to feel confident about construction techniques, design and space within the home and what the finishes will look like when they are translated from a colour board into a real space. This set expectations, creates trust between us and our buyers and leaves no surprises when we hand over the keys at completion.”
Our most recently completed project, Luna in Coombs, is a great example of our build quality.
“While all of our buyers have now moved in at Luna, we have been rigorous in our photography of the homes, inside and out, and showcase a lot of our work on social media because we are proud of what we have created,” said Greg.
Ivy at Woden is under construction and is at the stage of the scaffold coming down. We are currently on-track to complete the apartments at Ivy by the end of this year and excited about this as a flagship architectural project. Occupying the corner of Melrose and Yamba Drive in Woden, the location could not be more convenient, particularly with the recent and future-planned rejuvenation of the Woden Town Centre.
“The recent building reveal is an exciting milestone. The prominent position of Ivy allows Canberra to see the exceptional design detail and we look forward to walking people through our finished apartments”, concluded Greg.
