Ivy is a landmark development in the Woden Town Centre and is a joint venture project with Amalgamated Property Group. Designed by DBI Architects, the project will be home to 1,2 and 3-bedroom apartments and feature an extensive shared offering to residents, including a yoga room, plunge pool, spa and sauna, poolside cabanas, luscious landscaped gardens, BBQ area and dining pavilion and children’s playground. Ivy has now completed and sold out.

Now complete, Luna offers 1, 1+ study and 2-bedroom apartments and 2, 3 & 4 bedroom townhouses in the suburb of Coombs. The development is an example of Base’s focus on high quality products within a range of budgets to meet the needs of Canberra’s expanding population. Luna was Base’s first example of a combined apartment and terrace development in the Molonglo Valley and has been very well received by the market. This has been the base for progressing with similar designs at Polo and Elody.
